Shesh is an engineer, manager and leader. He has worked in shipping, manufacturing, services and offshore logistics. He has extensive experience in building greenfield companies and turning around distressed companies. He has worked in MNCs, family-run businesses and PE-owned enterprises. He has served as CEO/MD for over 10 years in three companies.

Within the C-Suite, he spent 14 years growing, reviving and transforming companies, creating more than US$ 1.5 billion in shareholder value.

Previous experience includes CEO at Miclyn Express Offshore, where he led the company through the worst downturn in history, restructured the Group's vision and strategy, penetrated and expanded into new markets and verticals, and delivered cost savings of more than US$ 100 million per year. And CEO at Jaya Holdings Limited where he revived and sold the Group for S$625 million, tripling shareholder value in less than 3 years.
